We were surprised and blessed by the turnout for
the three day pastors and leaders conference at
the Liberian Refuge Camp in Ghana. The Liberians were displaced by a civil war in their own country.
They have lived in a camp or near it for seventeen years and now have to return to their own
country. Their situations are difficult and
complicated. The pastors must encourage
and comfort their members through this transition.

All the pastors and leaders seemed to like the acronym I had given them for fear.
(False, Evidence, Appearing, Real)
|
|

I had an opportunity to speak on faith verses
fear. It was timely word for these pastors who have
to
close their churches
and returning to Liberia
to start a new life. We were preaching to
ourselves too. Fear always has an "IF".
Fear never talks about the past or present
always the future. Faith please God even if it's
only a mustard seed. Amen!

This is Michael and he coordinated the conference.
His testimony of war, years of separation from
his family and their miraculous reunion was
amazing. He is a church planter and leader
in the camp.

We introduced the group to a fire tunnel or prayerd
tunnel. It was powerful and even the most
skeptical were touch and healed. Read the testimonies in the newsletter they're amazing.
One pastor who was in the hospital told us
the Lord spoke to him to leave and come to
the meeting. As he walked through the tunnel
and received prayer he was completely healed.
Wow! Thank you Lord.

Every session also included a question and
answer time with the pastors. The questions were
so good. The Lord came and truly gave us
wisdom from above. Praise the Lord!

Stuart and I are wearing our gifts given to us
by the pastors and ministry school students.
Stuart's clothing is what you would see a chief traditionally wear. He looks very regal to me.
My outfit is the brightest yellow I have ever seen!
We were honored and very blessed.

Pastor Jala (I am sure this is spelled wrong) was
our host and pastor of both a Ghanaian and
Liberian church. He has raised up another pastor (Ghanaian) to take over since he will have
to
leave in October and start over. Their story is amazing, Click on the newsletter to find out more.

Some of the pastors jumped in for a group picture
along with a few of the students from the International School of Ministry (ISOM). Part of the ministry that Revival to the Nations has here in Ghana. Revival to the Nations is the ministry
of Andy and Gunilla Glover.
