IMPARTATION SERVICES IN LOCAL CHURCH
Stuart gave a wonderful message letting the church know that the Lord was going to use them to advance the Kingdom of God. He went on to tell them that God want to bless them and make them the head and not the tail. He told it would require prayer, faith and obedience. It was a really good message. When he was done he told them the many things God was doing around the world and ask if they would also like to become part of God’s end time army that ushers in the second coming? The response was yes and we prayed a special impartation over 100 people.
Again, there was no manifestation or evidence that we could see outwardly that they were receiving. Yet, the pastor assured us they were receiving. So we kept praying for people when suddenly I felt the Lord tell me that people are getting healed. So we stopped partly through the time of prayer and asked for testimonies. People started lining up and starting sharing how there leg pain, back pain, stomach pain, and head pain was healed. Then one man talked about feeling power shoot through his body when Stuart prayed for him. We were shocked! We were looking for the outward manifestations we are familiar with but over an over people came to testify. Praise God! The pastor was extremely happy and said, “Today was a very good day.” Amen, we agreed! (back to home page)

100'S OF CHILDREN GIVE THEIR LIVES TO CHRIST
The children in the Zion school have uniforms but not all the kids have decent shoes. Most of the shoes they currently have were donated. The school cost is $6 per year for each student that includes donated books but even with the low cost some of the student cannot afford the tuition. The teachers earn only $30 a month less than the standard here but see it as a ministry.
The kids were well behaved and happy to perform their beautiful songs for us. They had recently gotten robbed of their one soccer ball and pumb so we were able to replace it. Stuart preached an illustrated version of the gospel with a simple balloon. It’s pretty good. Over 100 children prayed and committed their lives to Christ. The school is rated second to another local Christian school that is too expensive for these kids. Atebubu is in central Ghana and the population is 6,000 in town and 19,000 more in the surrounding villages I am not sure if that even includes the children. (Click Here to watch a video)

“One thing that always shocks me when I talk to Christians from the U.S. is they don’t think they have anything to offer. Why are they like this? They have so much to give, they are smart, talented and have so much in God! We would love to have what they have and not just money. We would love for them to come and give to us what they have learned in the marketplace and in the God.” – Pastor, Peter Atiaha

A
LITTLE MONEY GOES A LONG WAY
As I think about the school I keep asking myself, what can I do here? Is there a school in the US that would like to adopt a small school here in Ghana, Africa? Some people have told me you need to find the apostolic work, the big thing God is doing, and invest in that. What kind of investment and impact is a little Christian school like this in a small rural village of Ghana really going to have? But Mother Theresa said, “What we do is a drop in the ocean of human need but it is one less drop required.” What did it mean to me to be able to my own daughter receive a good education? What would five more teachers and two more classrooms even if it is only made of mud bricks do for these kids who’s only hope of a decent education is the church? The Muslims are sending money down from Northern Africa into the poor regions of this country and many are establishing schools and indoctrinating them into the Islamic religion.
This trip for us (Mission Support Network) is partly exploratory prayerfully asking the Lord where to partner and what we should do? We could plant churches and support a pastor for one year. We could build schools and we can fund an orphanage, which already has a building and is in need of a director.
The issue is not just money either but visiting teams, people with skills to help train the young people and micro businesses. The needs are endless. Please pray the Lord will give us wisdom and discernment while we evaluate our involvement in these various ministries. Of course, let us know if you would like to participate. (back to home page)
